Who We Are

We are a non-partisan, non-profit volunteer community organization sanctioned to represent
neighborhood interests to the City of Bellingham and dedicated to improving the quality of life
in our Happy Valley Neighborhood.

Our Neighborhood Motto: “We Do What We Can.”

Membership Cost

$10/calendar year for individuals or households and businesses located within Happy Valley
neighborhood.

Membership Benefits

Participate in and vote at the annual general membership meeting the second Tuesday in
February from 7 PM until 9 PM at our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 1720 Harris Ave., in person or
via Zoom.

Join the Board of Directors which meets each month on the second Tuesday from 7 PM until 9
PM at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 1720 Harris Ave., in person or via Zoom to help with
projects and issues in our neighborhood. All meetings are open to the public.

Receive advance notice of and invitation to HVNA events in the neighborhood.
