Who We Are
We are a non-partisan, non-profit volunteer community organization sanctioned to represent neighborhood interests to the City of Bellingham and dedicated to improving the quality of life in our Happy Valley Neighborhood.
Our Neighborhood Motto: “We Do What We Can.”
Membership Cost
$10 for individuals or households and businesses located within Happy Valley neighborhood. Membership runs from September 1 through August 31.
Membership Benefits
- Participate in and vote at the annual general membership meeting the second Tuesday in February from 7 PM until 9 PM at our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 1720 Harris Ave., in person or via Zoom.
- Join the Board of Directors which meets each month on the second Tuesday from 7 PM until 9 PM at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 1720 Harris Ave., in person or via Zoom to help with projects and issues in our neighborhood. All meetings are open to the public.
- Receive advance notice of and invitation to HVNA events in the neighborhood.
