HVNA Board and Community Meeting

Join us to meet your neighbors and discuss issues and events of interest to Happy Valley neighborhood residents Everyone is welcome!
We will be joined by City of Bellingham Public Works Transportation staff to discuss new safety projects, including traffic calming, with pedestrian activated crossing lights at 32nd St/Ferry St, 24th St/Old Fairhaven Parkway, and 22nd St/Old Fairhaven Parkway. PLUS legal speeds will be reduced to 20 MPH on all neighborhood streets, if speed is not indicated by a sign.
